WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY?

As a general rule, an emergency is anything relating to the property under lease that is threatening to life, health or the property and cannot wait until the next business day to be addressed.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and money orders that can be dropped in the office drop-box. Tenants can pay online using a checking account or credit/debit card using the portal on TurboTenant that is available 24/7. If you are interested in reoccurring payments that are automatically processed on the rent due date, please contact the office.

WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

The office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday; closed on Saturday and Sunday. The office is still open by appointment only and there may be times that you reach the voicemail or do not receive an immediate response during business hours. All attempts will be made to return calls and messages by the end of the business day. If you need to speak with someone in person, this appointment must be scheduled in advance to confirm availability.
